From the classroom
to your career.

I began teaching by happy accident at 18 years old — and I've never looked back. What started with teaching adult learners computer skills at Odessa College turned into over two decades of work in education, coaching, and EdTech.

I taught coding, multimedia, English, yearbook, and broadcasting before shifting into technology coaching — helping teachers and students embrace emerging tools. My final years in education were spent with student leaders who proved to me that anyone can become a leader when they own their shine. Since then, I've worked with leading EdTech SaaS companies as a digital learning specialist and global community manager, supporting educators around the world with both hardware and software solutions. Throughout my career, I've remained passionate about creating accessible learning experiences and advocating for accessibility and inclusion for all learners.

Today, I channel all of that experience into coaching and consulting. I work with high school seniors, college graduates, and career changers across the country — helping them get clear on who they are, where they're going, and how to get there.

I'm also the co-author of Today's Learners, Tomorrow's Leaders — a guide for educators and coaches on nurturing student leadership in modern learning environments.
