Tisha began teaching by happy accident at 18: a community college, adult learners, computer basics.
For over two decades Tisha taught coding, multimedia, English, yearbook, and broadcasting before moving into technology coaching. That phase put her alongside teachers navigating change and students discovering who they were. Her final years in the classroom were spent working with student leaders, an experience that shaped her belief that leadership can begin at any age.
After that, Tisha moved into EdTech, working as a digital learning specialist and community manager at companies serving educators worldwide. Whatever the role, Tisha has always cared most about making learning useful, accessible, and human. Her guiding question is simple: Will this actually help the person it's meant to serve?
Tisha co-authored Today's Learners, Tomorrow's Leaders, a book for those who want to cultivate leadership and entrepreneurship skills in students.
